Elaine Werffeli is currently the Head of Customer Success at Ecuiti and Ecuiti UK Limited, based in Silicon Valley and London respectively. Ecuiti invents revolutionary tools for businesses that simplify how the world gets insight from information and data. Elaine is also an active Angel Investor within the Seattle WA startup community as a member of the Seattle Angel Conference. As an Angel investor Elaine enjoys mentoring early startups to reach their full potential. She is also passionate about helping increase the visibility and numbers of women in our start up community through Angel Investing and Entrepreneurship as one way that we can help attract more women to join the Tech business arena.
Prior to joining Ecuiti, Elaine was a 25 year veteran at Microsoft where she had a passion for driving impact from Data Driven decisions across Microsoft’s diverse set of products and services by leading efforts to create action from insight. Her leadership comes from a wealth of experience in Product Marketing, Product & Business Intelligence as well as Customer Data & Analytics as well as in areas including but not limited to Business Strategy, User and Customer Behavioral Analysis, Insight Generation, Visualization and Executive Dashboards, Market Research, Product Launch Analysis, Global Ad Campaign Measurement, Big Data, Customer Segmentation Marketing Strategy, Media Planning and Buying, Data Aggregation as well as Legal & Privacy compliance. She holds an Applied Physics degree from the University of California, San Diego and an MBA from San Diego State University.
